He is the Managing Director of RDT India. He was the former Director of Common Facility Service Centre for Rubber under Kerala Government and has more than 30 years of experience in rubber research and products development, industrial problem solving, training etc. He has worked for a US laboratory (ARDL) for rubber development and testing for some period. He is an approved research guide of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He is recognised as a Rubber Expert by INTOTA EXPERTS (USA), developed various rubber components used in Railways, Defence, Aerospace, Automobiles and consumables. He has peer reviewed papers in his credit published in international journals and acting as reviewer for research Journals. Recently visited Australia and published an article about Australia’s Waste Management.

He is our Associate Consultant and was the former Director of Rubber Research Institute of India under Govt. of India. He possess doctorate degree in rubber and has around 35 years of experience in rubber research and product development. He is an expert in Factory Design, Industry Problem Solving and Waste Management. He has several research publications in his credit.

Dr. Lakshmi is our General Manager following her retirement from the post of Principal, N.S.S. Training College, Ottapalam under Calicut University. As a Professor & Principal, she has several years of academic, research and administrative experience. RDTI proudly presents Dr. Lakshmi. K. Nair as its new General Manager for giving her best to the customers.

She is our Manager (Technical). She acquired a B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from M.G University and an M.Tech degree in Embedded Systems from Amritha University, Coimbatore. Besides her active involvement in technology she manages administrative matters.

Nabendu is a Chemical Engineer. He acquired his B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious National Institute Technology Calicut, Kerala, India (2011-2015). He has worked as Manager/ Shift Field Engineer for the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) at Dahej Manufacturing Division from July 2015 to August 2017. He also undergone in-plant training at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited-Kochi Refinery in 2014 and internship training under production department at Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited in 2013. He is an asset for industry and hope that the industrialists will well utilise his special skills and capabilities in chemical engineering.

Dibendu acquired Bachelor of Technology in Safety & Fire Engineering from Toc H Institute of Science & Technology/CUSAT (2014-18). He further developed his capabilities by working as Industrial Trainee and Graduate Apprentice in Kochi Metro Rail Limited and Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, Cochin respectively (2019). Safety aspects vary over different industries. Fire and safety is a vast and dynamic topic. Being a safety engineer, his role is to identify any hazards that may occur in an industry, throughout complete processing of the company and to eliminate such hazards, if at all it should arise. It is proactive rather than reactive to prevent any mishaps from happening. We are sure that the industrial community will exploit his capabilities as Safety Engineer since safety in industry is uncompromisable.
